I had a case with my troubled teenage daughter in juvenile court as a chronic runaway and a lot of other delinquent behaviors which caused a lot of stress. I went to Mark and he assured me he has this handled and I didn’t have to worry. I trusted him and I’m happy I hired him. He was there every step of the way. He’s a family man and he is very passionate and confident about what he does. His experience shows. As a resolution by daughter was able to get into a program to get the help she needed to be better. I would never trust another lawyer again. I had experience with a law firm prior to him and all they cared about is collecting a check and they were inexperienced. He’s definitely known and respected in Gwinnett County. It’s great to have a lawyer who handles both family and criminal issues. My husband also hired him for a speeding ticket from going over 80 mph and he was able to settle without points being taken from his license. We would never use another attorney. Thanks again Mark!

Mark was on top of every detail. We thought we had a rock solid case and then got thrown a curveball on the day of the hearing. Mark and his team went to work on our lunch break and figured out another way. He was smart, he adapted to the situation and I ended up with primary physical custody of my children. Mark Hill just recently got my divorce finalized, despite all the court posteponements due to Covid-19. He was very persistent in dealing with the courts to see that I had a hearing sooner then later. Throughout the process he and Juliette kept me informed and gave me plenty of notice to handle what needed to be done by myself. I was never left out of the loop as the communication between us was always there. He got me sole legal custody of my child and saw to it that all the conditions i wanted were met. I couldn’t be more grateful for his and Juliette’s hard work. They couldn’t have been anymore professional, he will always be my lawyer, and I highly recommend his practice for your legal needs.

I was referred to Mark Hill from an old friend who had good results from his service years back. My divorce was extremely toxic, and I was being kept away from my Son, put through the pain of a TPO, and when dismissed – she continued to engineer excuses to keep us apart.
After nearly a year of my wife’s tactics to alienate me from our son, her endless lies and malicious actions to destroy my reputation, I had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving night with my son – and most thankful to the Judge who ruled over our case. I now enjoy joint legal and physical custody – again most thankful to our Judge, who my lawyer – a 30 year judicial veteran, was well known too and appeared to have a strong mutual respect.
In concert with my wife – her attorney, who most diligently pursued EACH lie as matter of fact – was overcome by Mark’s keen understanding of our case details, the law, and command of the hearing. It would be difficult for me to fully explain how impressed and satisfied I am with Mark’s professionalism and talent. I am exceptionally difficult to please and typically left unimpressed by the performance of many – but to my overwhelming joy – Mark more than lived up to his reputation.
At moments of high emotional stress during the hearing – Mark was cool as Ice – clearly focused on every word being said and questioned asked. He never broke stride or lost his path, even when opposing council broke the agreed hearing format, ambushed him with late affidavits (objected and inadmissible), and barraged him with an evidence dump.
Through what I can only call a living hell – Mark prevailed victorious, defeating every argument masterfully, highlighting incongruency in my wife’s statements and accusations, and bringing into question her character – making evident her deliberate efforts to inflame every situation.
Mark’s closing arguments – where a precise recount of the case – with every argument and reason defeated – again bringing the one-sided attacks to light, and drilling down on the only thing that matters, what is best for my son. He reinforced all the contributions I have and will continue to make, my overwhelming advantage in circumstances and my unyielding love for my son. In the end, even my wife’s lawyer conceded that there was no doubt of my love for my boy.
Mark returned my son to my love and protection – because of Mark, my son will have a chance and growing and developing as a balanced young man – and never knowing the pain of growing up estranged from his father. Mark is nothing short of a Hero in my eyes – saving my boy from the contempt of a hateful wife – and saving this late life father from the worst pain ever known – the separation from his son.
The recommendation should be self- evident – Mark is a great lawyer, and great person – best decision!!

Mark Hill was a God send for me when my wife filed for divorce and attempted to take my children away from me and sink me financially. Mark helped us when my husband got involved in an unfortunate business deal. He was a contractor on a house flip deal that was wrought with problems from the beginning. My husband was in jeopardy of receiving a felony that would put him in prison. Mark saw how unfair this was and was determined to make it go away. And that is EXACTLY what he did! It was all dismissed and we got our lives and peace back!! He treated us like family and gave us much needed assurance from the start! We will never be able to thank him enough!

Since my free consultation with Mark until the last court date, he has always remained positive, hopeful, and reassuring. I had a class D license with three points on it; I came to him with three tickets, cause for the suspension of my license. Finding someone you can trust during the most complex situations is beyond difficult. I hired Mr. Hill to help with my divorce. When we went to court we were unknowingly confronted with a custody battle. As a mother, one of the absolute most fearful things in life is to loose a child, this situation was to take my child from me. Mr. Hill fought for me and my child. Mr. Hill is a real life–and record saver. I was given ridiculous charges for what should have only been a mere speeding ticket. The cops who cited me were determined to ruin my future, and give me criminal charges for a traffic violation. Mr. Hill was highly recommended by a family friend, and now I know why. Mr. Hill is a wonderful and caring attorney. He knows the law and how to handle each case on a personal level. He was able to get my teenage son’s Super Speeders Ticket dropped down to an acceptable speed, which allowed him to keep his license. He did not get any points on his license and our insurance company will not be notified about the infraction. He talked with my son about the importance of being a safe young driver and had him to take a defensive driving class and participate in a Teen Victim Impact Panel to further educate him about the importance of driving. Mark Hill was absolutely amazing. I had 4 charges and even missed my original court date. Mark charged me a very reasonable flat fee to represent me in a county that he is not familiar with. I was late upon arriving to my court date, and when i arrived he simply said “I got a good deal worked out for you”. He essentially had all 4 of my charges dropped with only having to pay 300 dollars in fines. Without him, I would have no doubt been on probation, doing community service, and ultimately paying a LOT more than $300. 10/10 would recommend and if I never need a lawyer again, I will not be calling anybody but Mark.

You definitley want Mr. Hill on your side. I hired him January 2013 to fight for custody of my granddaughter. After being told by 3 different attorneys and a former prosecutor that no judge would ever give me custody because they always want mommy to have her baby. Well I will never forger his famous words he said to me Let’s bring our baby home. And that we did on Oct 12, 2013. I still stay in touch with Mr. Hill & his staff. I promise you can not go wrong with his firm.

Mr. Hill got my case worked out in a much shorter time span than was expected. I was a few days away from losing a brand new job and he saved me from that. Very straightforward and he got the job done. I am thoroughly satisfied with his service. Hope I won’t be needing him again, but in case I do he will definitely be my first choice!

I talked to several lawyers about six months ago regarding custody of my infant daughter. I was told by these attorneys that no judge would ever give custody of my baby girl to a man. Mark went above and beyond to help me eith my DUI case and was able to get me the best deal available. He also went out of his way to help me with traffic violations and gave me guidance throughout the entire process. He has such a caring, positive attitude and really makes you feel like a priority. I had never been in trouble with the Law in my entire life. As I was looking for Attorneys I did my homework and read several reviews not knowing which Attorney I wanted to handle my case. Mark Was an Amazing Lawyer for my case. I had a difficult situation with my daughters mother. I had never seen my daughter nor had her family !! since birth !! She was living in a bad environment with her mother. Mark spent almost a year with me in fighting to get me to the courtroom where he was calm direct and MOST IMPORTANTLY GOT ME FULL CUSTODY OF MY DAUGHTER. Mark Hill was excellent. I had a relatively minor issue, but it was obviously important to me. And Mark always treated it as so. In addition to that, he was never willing to back down if the state wasn’t willing to go with what we wanted–simply “acceptable” or “something I could live with” was not good enough. He wanted to go as far and as long as it took to get what we *wanted. And he did even better than that–complete dismissal! Id *highly* recommend Mark Hill to anyone in need.

Mr. Hill is a very compassionate lawyer, he was there for me in my time of need. He got my DUI case dropped recently although I wasn’t under the influence of anything. Mr. Hill pushed and pushed until he got my case dropped. Thank You Mr. Hill for helping and saving my career.

I hired Mr. Hill in a criminal defense case. Mr. Hill, when he recommended a plea deal, did not reveal to me that the sentence carried with it a provision for no parole, even though I’d asked him about it. In a meeting with six family members after the hearing in which the plea deal was accepted, he didn’t even know the answer then.

I think he’s one of the greatest probably the greatest lawyer that you could get. He kept me updated for my court day. And when I went to court with him he took care of everything and got me the best solutions. I personally like him and I think he’s highly recommended.
